| How do we control the quality? |
All of our managements are based on ISO 9001:2000 system .When receiving your inquiries, we will make record according
to the customer's property management stipulation, keep secret absolutely to customer¡¯s all information , then
analyze the specification and evaluate whether our qualified manufacturers can supply what you need on time. Moreover, it will be our pleasure to service your visitation and coordinate with you on qualification before order by our efforts. |
| We will audit the manufacturers' price after receiving, meantime we will verify whether production flow is reasonable and all the
specification can be met according to the cost breakdown sheet, in some cases we will give our supplier advice about how to
meet the customer's requirements, and improve the competitive capacity in the international market. If the products cannot meet
the customer's required specification in China. we will offer our products with similar specification in China so that the customer could understand all parties not misunderstand the specifications. |

During our manufacturer¡¯s implementation of the orders, we will follow up the orders according to different order status, supervise all the process or track at stage , which to make sure that the production are standardized
and the goods are delivered on time. |
| Basing on qualified inspection instruments, our own QC will supervise manufacturer's
inspections in the scene or do inspection ourselves. So FYPE will be responsible for the
inspection results. Also we welcome any third inspection party at customer's request |
